828ph Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Filipino Members

Access to 828ph is strictly limited to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Any member found engaging in fraudulent behaviour will have their account permanently closed and any funds held within it forfeited, and 828ph reserves the right to report such activity to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities in the Philippines.

Members must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools that interact with the 828ph platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human usage. Using such tools to place bets, access gaming content, or manipulate account activity is a direct violation of these terms and grounds for immediate account closure. You are also prohibited from reselling, transferring, or assigning your account or any funds within it to another person without the express written consent of 828ph. Members are expected to treat other platform users and support staff with respect, and any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at 828ph personnel is grounds for account suspension. By using the platform you confirm that all funds deposited into your 828ph account originate from legitimate personal sources and that you are acting on your own behalf.

All financial transactions on 828ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Members are required to use payment methods that are registered in their own name, and the use of payment methods belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited. Deposits are processed through local Philippine payment channels, and members should ensure that they are familiar with the terms and conditions of the payment method they choose before initiating any transaction. 828ph does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, but members should note that their payment provider may apply its own transaction charges independently of the platform.

Grounds for account suspension include but are not limited to: providing false registration information, suspected fraudulent activity, unauthorised use of payment methods, collusion or cheating, money laundering concerns, or repeated violations of platform usage rules. During the period of suspension, the member will be unable to access any part of the 828ph platform including their account balance.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a proven breach of these terms, 828ph reserves the right to forfeit any funds remaining in the account. Where an account is closed for administrative or voluntary reasons unrelated to a breach of terms, any verified balance will be returned to the member via the original payment method after the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Members may also voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting the 828ph support team through the channels available within their member account. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Members agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the venue of proceedings brought in those courts. 828ph operates in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations governing online gaming, and members are expected to be aware of and comply with the laws of their own jurisdiction when using the platform.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The failure of 828ph to enforce any provision of these terms at any given time does not constitute a waiver of 828ph's right to enforce that or any other provision in the future. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines published on the 828ph platform, constitute the entire agreement between 828ph and its members with respect to the use of the platform.
